Francisca Bearden

Francisca Bearden is an experienced Operations Manager currently at Lyra Health since September 2020. Previously, Francisca served as the Google Wellness Center Operations Manager at One Medical, overseeing clinical operations for large on-site Wellness Centers and managing multiple multidisciplinary teams. Francisca also held the position of Peninsula Operations Manager, where accountability measures were established and change management was implemented to align operations with the company’s mission. In earlier roles, Francisca managed new office launches and coordinated patient care at Vail Medical Center and Weight Loss, along with serving as a Habilitator/Respite Provider at Hope Group LLC. Francisca holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Communication from Arizona State University.
