Meredith Hitchcock is a seasoned UX researcher and director with extensive experience in leading and managing research teams. Currently serving as the Director of UX Research at Lyra Health since June 2022, Meredith oversees the entire research process, ensuring trauma-informed practices and high-quality execution while fostering collaboration across teams. Previously, Meredith held key positions at Airbnb, including Head of UX Research for Airbnb.org, where the focus was on assisting displaced individuals through critical user experience research. Past roles also include User Experience Lead at Promise, Co-Founder and COO of RideAlong, and UX Design Fellow at Code for America. Additionally, Meredith has a solid background at Google, conducting usability studies and collaborating on product launch strategies. Educational achievements include a Master's Degree from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor's Degree from Yale University.
