At Accenture, Norma held multiple titles including Managing Director of North America Tax, where significant contributions included researching corporate restructuring tax positions and implementing the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. At PayPal, responsibilities encompassed managing taxation issues for the Americas region and analyzing corporate structures for mergers and acquisitions. Norma's career began at Deloitte Tax, where roles included International Tax Manager, focusing on complex compliance engagements and developing international tax strategies. Norma holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Davis, and a JD/Masters in Tax from USC Gould School of Law.
