Jan Sbarbaro

Jan Sbarbaro has held various legal roles throughout their career. They currently serve as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Lyric - Clarity in motion since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Change Healthcare as the Senior Vice President and Managing Senior Counsel from April 2017 to October 2022. They provided legal and compliance support to the software and analytics division. Before joining Change Healthcare, Jan worked at McKesson Corporation as the Senior Lead Counsel from April 2008 to March 2017, where they provided legal support to business unit general managers. They also worked at Thomson Healthcare as the Vice President Assistant General Counsel from 1997 to 2008, providing legal advice to the division's CEO and executive management. Jan started their career as a Litigation Associate at Morrison and Foerster from 1989 to 1994, specializing in antitrust, copyright infringement, and products liability defense.

Jan Sbarbaro has an MBA from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, with a focus on executive studies. They also hold a JD from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law. Furthermore, they obtained a BBA in Accounting from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
