Celina Mikolajczak

Celina Mikolajczak serves as the Chief Battery Technology Officer at Lyten since July 2022, focusing on the commercial readiness of the LytCell lithium-sulfur battery. Previously, Celina held several leadership roles at QuantumScape, including Chief Manufacturing Officer and Vice President of Manufacturing Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed managing large teams and overseeing solid-state battery manufacturing processes. Additional experience includes Vice President of Engineering and Battery Technology at Panasonic Energy of North America and Director of Engineering for Energy Storage Systems at Uber Technologies LLC, where Celina directed various battery-related projects. Celina's early career featured roles at Tesla Motors and Exponent Failure Analysis Associates, with foundational research conducted at Princeton University and a B.S. in Engineering & Applied Science from Caltech.
