Gesa Cole has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. They started their career as a Passenger Service Agent at Lufthansa in 2008 and eventually became a Flight Attendant. In 2011, they had an internship in Marketing and Sales at Lufthansa Engineering and Operational Services GmbH. They also worked as an Operational Services Assistant for a brief period. In 2014, they joined Greenhouse Agency, Inc as a Promotions Specialist before transitioning to Aviation Port Services, where they held roles such as Safety, Training & Quality Control Coordinator and Passenger Services Manager. In 2016, they started working at Web Manuals, initially as a Customer Experience Associate and later as a Customer Success Executive and Executive Assistant. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Lytho, starting from 2023.
Gesa Cole completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from California International Business University from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2012.
