Hannah Winingar

Hannah Winingar has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Hannah began their career as a Paraprofessional at Dunklin School District R-5 in 2014, where they provided support to teachers and students. Hannah then transitioned to a role as a Science Teacher at the same school district in 2015, where they managed a classroom environment conducive to learning and provided accommodations for students with special needs.

In 2017, Hannah worked as a Substitute Teacher at Fox C6 School District, where they followed lesson plans and instructed assigned classes.

Hannah then joined the YMCA of Jefferson County in 2007 as a Membership Sales Associate, where they handled membership and program registration data, engaged with members, and performed transaction processing. Hannah also participated in recruiting participants for member challenges.

In 2018, Hannah joined Facilisgroup as a Partner Support Specialist, managing client inquiries and requests through a chat service. Hannah later transitioned to a role as a Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist, where they provided customer service and technical support for the company's software offering. Hannah responded to customer tickets, troubleshooted issues, and implemented solutions.

Hannah's most recent work experience is as a Product Support Specialist at Lytho in 2022.

Hannah Winingar began their education at Jefferson College from 2009 to 2011, where they pursued an Associates of Arts-Education. Hannah then transferred to Southeast Missouri State University, where they completed their degree in Middle School Education with a focus on Science and Social Studies from 2011 to 2014.
