Heather Vaughn has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Heather began their career as a Project Manager and Telecom Engineer at MCI WORLDCOM Communications Inc, where they oversaw business internet connectivity and managed frame relay circuits. Heather then became the owner of Greystar Kennels, where they operated a full-service dog boarding facility and later transformed it into a private charity for retired racing greyhounds. In 2005, Heather joined BizActions LLC as a Customer Success Manager, nurturing customer relationships and collaborating with the development team to improve product features. Heather continued their career at Thomson Reuters, first as a Manager of Customer Success, focusing on delivering value to customers and streamlining onboarding processes. Later, they became a Product Manager, responsible for the product vision and roadmap of Thomson Reuters' email marketing platform. Heather's most recent role is at Lytho, where they started as a Manager of Customer Success before transitioning into a User Experience Researcher role. Currently, they serve as a Product Manager, collaborating with stakeholders to bring product concepts to market and manage the entire product lifecycle. Heather Vaughn, CSM, CSPO, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from East Carolina University.
