Matt Fingerhut

Matt Fingerhut is an experienced leader in customer success, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Lytx, Inc. Previously, Matt founded and held the position of CEO at Customer Success Works, and served as the Chief Customer Officer at Hootsuite. Additional roles include Senior Vice President, Head of Customer Success at Amperity, and Senior Vice President of the Customer Success Group at Salesforce. Matt holds a BA in International Relations from Stanford University and has completed Microsoft Leadership Training from 1998 to 2014.
