Philip Ghatan

Philip Ghatan has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving in an M&A role at Lyvia Group since April 2023, Ghatan previously founded and held the CEO position at Äleven from September 2020 to May 2023. Other notable roles include Strategic Advisor at Hugo & Celine - for Dogs and Head of Business Development and M&A at Voff Premium Pet Food, where responsibilities encompassed operational improvements and growth through acquisitions in the pet food industry. Ghatan co-founded Simplex Motion and served as Chairman of the Board at Knowel, along with various project leadership roles. Ghatan holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Design from Chalmers University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University.
