Richard Arpin

Richard Arpin is an experienced civil engineering technician and construction professional with a diverse background in project coordination and specification support. Currently serving at Manshield Construction since February 2016, Richard has previously held roles as a junior project coordinator at Bird Construction and as national master specification support at the National Research Council Canada. Earlier experience includes working as a civil engineering technician at Sigfusson Northern LTD. and as a commercial construction surveyor at Arpin Meyer Construction Services. Richard Arpin holds a Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management from RRC Polytech and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The University of Winnipeg.
