Elisa Sipilä

Elisa Sipilä has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Elisa'smost recent position is as a Service Manager at M-Files, where they maintain the functionality of the service and develops it based on client feedback. Prior to this, they worked at Bring Express Suomi Oy as a Customer Service Specialist, where they improved customer experience and optimized international delivery services. Elisa also worked as a Customer Service Agent at Bring Express Suomi Oy and PostNord Oy, where they handled inquiries and requests from consumers and clients. Elisa also has experience as a Key Account Agent at PostNord Oy, where they worked with sales and other departments to fulfill customers' logistics needs. Additionally, they have held various project-based roles, including Marketing and Sales Assistant at Yrityspalvelu Voima Oy, Sales Support Assistant at PostNord Oy, and Production and Customer Coordinator at Elixir CMS Oy. Elisa also worked as a Photographer at BOXSHOTS, an Order handler at Partioaitta Oy, and held multiple roles (Project Designer, Coordinator, and Manager) at Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. Elisa Sipilä received their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Media Engineering from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, which they attended from 2007 to 2013. In 2010 to 2011, they studied Audiovisual Media at Stuttgart Media University. Currently, in 2022, Elisa is pursuing their Master of Science in Technology degree in Tuotantotalous (TUDI) with a focus on Engineering/Industrial Management at LUT University. Additionally, Elisa obtained the certification of Certified Project Management Associate Level D from IPMA: International Project Management Association in June 2016.
