Joonas Linkola

Joonas Linkola has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Joonas began their career at Luottokunta in 2001 as a Helpdesk Specialist. In this role, they provided customer service to credit card holders, merchants, and member banks, focusing on the most demanding cases. Joonas also performed real-time fraud monitoring and took on shift manager duties. Joonas worked at Luottokunta until May 2005.

From April 2005 to November 2008, Joonas worked at BEA Systems as an I.T. Engineer. Their responsibilities included deskside I.T. support and local network administration for a branch office as part of a pan-European I.T. team.

In December 2008, Joonas joined Oracle Finland as a Senior Technology Consultant. Joonas held this position for nearly eight years, until September 2016. As a Senior Technology Consultant, Joonas provided expert guidance and support to clients, leveraging their extensive knowledge and experience to help them effectively utilize Oracle's technology solutions.

Since December 2016, Joonas has been working at M-Files, a digital information management company. Joonas initially joined as a Technical Consultant, Channel Sales, and held this role until December 2019. In this position, they provided technical expertise and support to the sales team in the channel sales division. In December 2019, they were promoted to the role of Senior Technical Advisor, Channel Sales. Joonas currently holds the position of Senior Partner Sales Engineer, starting from January 2023.

Joonas Linkola obtained a Master of Science in Technology (M.Sc. (Tech.)) in Computer Science from Aalto University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Technology (B.Sc. (Tech.)) in Computer Science from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, from 2000 to 2010. In addition, they have acquired a certification in SaaS Sales Method from Winning by Design in February 2021.
