Mikko Punta

Mikko Punta has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies. Mikko started their career as a summer trainee at Teleste in 1999. Mikko then worked as a Software Engineer at Teleca Finland from 2004 to 2006. Following that, they joined Nokia and served as an Engineer and later as a Senior Engineer in SW Integration from 2006 to 2011. At Accenture, they worked as a System Specialist in the Lumia In-Markets maintenance project from 2011 to 2015. Currently, Mikko is working at M-Files as a Lead Software Engineer in Tier 3 Support since March 2022. Prior to this role, they held positions of Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer in Tier 3 Support from 2019 to 2022 and from 2016 to 2019, respectively. Throughout their career, Mikko has gained expertise in troubleshooting complex technical problems, root cause analysis, and configuration and troubleshooting of on-premise and cloud environments.

Mikko Punta attended Turun Suomalaisen Yhteiskoulun lukio from 1994 to 1997. Following that, from 1997 to 2005, they studied at Tampere University of Technology 1965-2018. During their educational journey, Mikko Punta obtained additional certifications including the M-Files IT Administrator certification from M-Files Corporation in August 2016, the M-Files Business Administrator certification from M-Files Corporation in February 2016, and the Certified M-Files User certification from M-Files Corporation in January 2016.
