Shamoil Shaees

Shamoil Shaees started their work experience in 2018 as a Research Assistant at COMSATS University, Lahore, where they focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning Algorithms for facial emotion recognition. Shamoil then moved on to become a Jr. Network Engineer at Corvit Networks in 2019, where they performed tasks such as network administration, configuring routers and switches, and Cisco any connect VPN configuration. Later that year, they worked as an Information Technology Engineer at INTECH Process Automation, where they were responsible for backups, software deployment, and server management, among other duties. Shamoil also worked as a Jr. Cyber Security Engineer at INTECH, where they implemented security policies, conducted audits, prepared incident reports, and performed patch and vulnerability assessments. Currently, they are a Product Security Engineer at M-Files, starting in 2022.

Shamoil Shaees completed their Master's degree in Information Security from Tampere University in the year 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from COMSATS University Islamabad, which they completed in 2019. In the same year, they also received certifications in Network and System Administration/Administrator from CORVIT SYSTEM LAHORE. Additionally, Shamoil has obtained several certifications from various institutions, including Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft, Basis Technology, Coursera, ICSI (International CyberSecurity Institute), UK, Udemy, Huawei, and Fortinet. These certifications cover various areas such as Azure administration and security engineering, web application security testing, data analysis, network security, and programming using Python.
