Andrew Kramer has extensive experience in the insurance and financial industry, having held various leadership roles in companies such as New York Life Insurance Company, TIAA-CREF, Bank of America, and M Financial Group. Andrew has led teams in underwriting, operational risk management, quality and productivity deployment, vendor administration, and process improvement. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Underwriter at M Financial Group, Andrew focuses on driving efficiencies through the life insurance value chain and enabling more efficient and effective underwriting processes for member firms.
