Oluseye Odiyi has extensive experience in customer support and contact operations. Oluseye currently holds the role of Global Head of Customer Support at M-KOPA. Previously, they worked at Airtel Nigeria, where they held two roles: Head of Customer & Contact Operations and Head of Contact Centre Experience. In these positions, they were responsible for setting customer service targets, planning areas of improvement, and ensuring optimal performance of contact centers. Before Airtel Nigeria, they worked at Zain as the HOD of Retail Shops & Franchise, where they implemented strategic initiatives for the development of retail/customer service outlets. Oluseye also worked at Celtel Nigeria as Manager of Design Standards & National Chains, managing shop design, specifications, and standards.

Oluseye Odiyi earned a B.Sc. degree in Architecture from Obafemi Awolowo University, where they studied from 1992 to 1999.
