Mohammad Reza Tanvir Shahrear possesses extensive experience in vehicle management and automotive engineering, currently serving as the Manager of the Vehicle Management Department at M.M. Ispahani Limited since August 2013. Previously, Mohammad Reza held the position of Manager of the Central Vehicle Workshop at Pran RFL Group, overseeing mechanics and workshop operations. Earlier career roles include Service Engineer at Rangs Workshop Ltd., where fault diagnosis and repair scheduling were primary responsibilities, and Automotive Technician with the U.A.E Armed Forces, focusing on maintenance and troubleshooting of a variety of vehicles. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Science & Technology Chittagong, a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology, and a diploma in Power (Automobile) Engineering from Dhaka Polytechnic Institute.
