Christian K. Baatz

Christian K. Baatz is an experienced professional in project and program management, currently serving as Head of Strategic Project Management at M-net Telekommunikations GmbH since April 2012. With a strong focus on agile methodologies, Christian oversees the entire project portfolio and emphasizes project initiation and closure. Prior roles include managing the transformation of over 1,200 applications at Atos International, program management of billing and order management system projects, and leadership in substantial telecommunications and IT projects across various organizations, including Siemens AG and Capgemini. Christian holds an MBA from Henley Business School and a Diplom Kaufmann from HTWK Leipzig.
