John Morone, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership, change management, and employee relations. John most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at M.R. Williams, Inc. Prior to that, they held the role of Associate Director HR Administration at Grifols, where they implemented enhanced internal audit controls for payroll and oversaw HR administrative functions. John also worked at Amazon as an HR Manager, where they played a key role in the growth and success of the company's supply chain network. John also served as the HR Service Leader at Bridgestone Americas, leading change management and ensuring worker safety. Earlier in their career, John held various HR leadership positions at Lowe's, Financial Institutions, The Home Depot, and Target Corporation. Throughout their career, John has consistently delivered results and provided strategic support to senior leadership.
John Morone, MBA, attended St. John Fisher University from 2001 to 2003, where they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration. Prior to that, they studied at Canisius University from 1995 to 1999 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In addition to their degrees, John Morone has also acquired two certifications. John obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in January 2015, and the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2014.
