Christine Watts Mba

Christine Watts, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and HRIS Data Analyst at M S Benbow and Associates Professional Engineering Corporation since August 2022. With a robust background in education, Christine holds multiple adjunct faculty positions in Business & Management at Delgado Community College and the University of Holy Cross, starting in August 2015 and May 2017, respectively. Previous experience includes serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Algiers Charter School Association from July 2020 to August 2022, where responsibilities included functioning as Title IX Coordinator. Christine is pursuing a Doctorate in Executive Leadership at the University of Holy Cross, with an expected completion in 2025, and holds an MBA from Nicholls State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Holy Cross. Additionally, Christine obtained an Associate of Science in Accounting from Delgado Community College.
