Ryan Fletcher-Tingley

Ryan Fletcher-Tingley is a Senior Engine Design Engineer at M-Sport Ltd since October 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of engine designers and representing the company at educational STEM events. Previously, Ryan played a key role as Lead Engine Designer for high-profile projects like the Ford Performance 2024 GT3 Mustang and British Touring Car Series entries. Experience encompasses positions at Cosworth, JCB Power Systems, Absolute Media, and Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains, showcasing expertise in design engineering, quality control, and educational support.
