Reshir Marfil

Reshir Marfil is an experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as MVNE, Product Technical Manager and MVNE, Product Technical Lead at M1 Limited since June 2020. Reshir has contributed to the digital office by leading domestic MVNO/MVNE initiatives, designing product integrations, and managing settlement tasks across telecom products and services. Previous roles include Solutions Architect at Globe Telecom, where Reshir led the implementation of the first embedded SIM project in the Philippines and managed BSS-OSS data migration, and Solutions Architect at Huawei Technologies, focusing on various telecommunications solutions. Additionally, Reshir has held positions as System Integration Engineer at Globe Telecom, Database Administrator at Smart Communications, and Junior Front Counter Representative at Hewlett-Packard. Reshir holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the Technological Institute of the Philippines, obtained in 2010.
