Arash Saidi

Arash Saidi has a strong background in legal and compliance roles. Arash most recently served as the Chief Legal Officer at M2 since February 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of General Counsel at CoinFLEX from April 2022 to February 2023. From February 2020 to March 2022, they worked as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at DEX. Before that, they held multiple roles at ADCORP, including General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary, from January 2017 to February 2020. Arash also worked as the Group General Counsel at Shoaibi Group from February 2012 to January 2017, and as the General Counsel at GFH Financial Group from December 2007 to February 2012. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Senior Legal Counsel at Sha. Haya Rashed Al Khalifa, Bahrain from April 2004 to December 2007 and as a Lawyer at ClarkeKann Lawyers, Australia from January 2001 to April 2004.

Arash Saidi attended Brisbane Grammar School from 1991 to 1995 for their high school education. After completing high school, they enrolled at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 1996 to 2000. At QUT, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree as well as a Bachelor of Business degree with a specialization in Banking and Finance.
