Tanya Kalasa Mutono

Tanya Kalasa Mutono has a diverse range of work experience in the financial industry. Tanya began their career at Bank of New York Mellon as a Relationship Manager Associate, where they supported client relationships and cross-sales. Tanya then moved on to Credit Agricole CIB, where they worked as an FX Settlement Analyst and later as an SSI Maintenance Officer, optimizing STP rates and maintaining counterparties' settlement instructions.

Tanya also worked at HSBC as a Paris FX Confirmations/ Settlement Analyst, where they confirmed and processed FX deals and resolved discrepancies. At Mizuho, they held multiple roles, including FX and MM Confirmations Analyst, Confirmation Matching Upgrade UAT Analyst, and Associate SWIFT/Confirmations, where they conducted user acceptance testing, maintained test scripts, and provided operational systems support.

Tanya also worked as an Investment Analyst Intern at NyBay Capital LLC. Tanya then joined Crown Agents Bank as a Senior Analyst in Treasury Ops & Collateral, responsible for processing, settling and reconciling various deals and managing relationships with clients and other parties.

Most recently, Tanya worked at EQONEX Group as a Treasury Operations Manager, where they were responsible for exchange-wide treasury operations, financial analysis, liquidity management, and investment management. Tanya ensured accurate reporting and timely processing of payments, and managed exchange liquidity for deposit and withdrawal transactions.

In their most recent position at M2, Tanya serves as the Active Treasury Operations Manager.

Tanya Kalasa Mutono has a diverse education history. Tanya obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business with a 2.1 classification from EPHEC, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Later, Tanya pursued a Master's degree in Finance (Banking) from SOAS University of London, but the exact start and end years for this degree are not provided.
