Ling Yi

Ling Yi is an experienced Data Network Manager at M2 Telecommunications Group Ltd since February 2010, leading a senior Network & System Engineering team and overseeing the deployment of all data network projects. Prior to this role, Ling served as the IP Engineering & Network Operations Manager at People Telecom/M2 Telecommunications, managing daily operations of a 24/7 Network Operations Center and providing Level 3 technical support. Previously, Ling worked as a Senior IP Engineer (Acting Team Leader) at PowerTel. Ling holds a Master of Science in Internetworking from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from the University of Sydney, along with relevant certifications including PRINCE2 Foundation and ITIL Foundation.
