Charlie Byrd Jr.

Charlie Byrd Jr. began their career in 2005 as the Director of Operations at Vortec Development Inc., where they managed two divisions of the company and administered and managed all government contract relationships with numerous Department of Defense agencies. In 2008, they became the President and CEO of Timberwolf Tactical Solutions Inc., where they were responsible for product development, sales and marketing, government contract negotiations and client relations to US and Foreign Government entities for small arms and ammunition, tactical gear and weapons design. In 2012, they moved to Tactical Gear Distributors as Regional Sales Manager. In 2014, they joined Bob Barker Company as Officers Only National Sales Specialist - Southeastern U.S. and Officers Only National Sales Specialist- Western U.S., where they were responsible for State, Federal, and Local Agency Sales in the respective regions. In 2016, they became Regional Sales Manager at Crow Shooting Supply, Inc. In 2018, they joined Sparta Science as Vice President - Federal. Most recently, in 2019, they became President and Vice President of Sales at M2 Optics Inc., where they specialize in designing and manufacturing customized optical fiber platforms for network simulation testing, latency, and training applications.

Charlie Byrd Jr. attended the University of Phoenix for their Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Business. Charlie then attended Campbell University for Business Administration and Management, General. Finally, they returned to University of Phoenix for their Master of Business Administration - MBA, majoring in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
