Maxim Behar

Maxim Behar, FPRCA, serves as CEO and Chairman of M3 Communications Group, Inc., a leading company in the Bulgarian Public Relations market since 1995. Behar is also the President of the World Communication Forum Association, Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Seychelles, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the University of National and World Economy. Additional roles include International Fellow and Education Advisory Board member at PRCA, Chair of International Growth at the International Communications Consultancy Organisation, and Vice President of The Atlantic Club of Bulgaria. Behar has contributed to the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum and serves as Vice-President and Chairman of the Public Relations and Media Committee at FICAC. Educational achievements include various degrees and certifications from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Kennedy School and the University of London.
