Esteban Villaseca

Esteban Villaseca has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Esteban started their career as a Specialist Electrical Engineer at IMELSA S.A. in 2004. Later, they worked as an Electrical Engineer at Multical Limitada from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they joined Aker Solutions as an Electrical Engineer.

In 2010, Esteban Villaseca joined Fluor Corporation, where they held the roles of Electrical Departament Manager a.i. and Specialist Electrical Engineer, responsible for designing and developing complex electrical systems. After three years at Fluor Corporation, they moved to Minera Esperanza in 2013, working as a Project Engineer and managing contracts as well as construction and engineering processes.

In 2015, Esteban Villaseca joined Minera Los Pelambres, where they held various roles over the years. From 2015 to 2019, they served as an Engineering Manager and was responsible for contracts management and overall engineering management. Later, from 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Project Manager, overseeing project management tasks.

Currently, Esteban Villaseca is associated with M3 Engineering & Technology Corp. as a Project Manager from March 2022 to the present.

Esteban Villaseca has a diverse education history. In 2020, they completed a diploma in Environmental Law, which was homologated by the Judicial Academy, at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. This diploma focused on providing legal advisory services in the field of environmental law.

In 2017, Esteban participated in an Executive Diploma in Innovation at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. The field of study for this diploma is not specified.

In 2011, Esteban also received a diploma in Administration and Project Management from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. The diploma specialized in project management.

Esteban's undergraduate education was completed between 2000 and 2006 at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso where they obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Additionally, Esteban has obtained several certifications. In November 2020, they completed certifications for Data Analyst Techniques and Essential Reporting, Fundamentals of Design Thinking, Fundamentals of Data Science, and Agile Project Management at LinkedIn. In the same year, they also completed a certification in Microsoft Teams Essentials.

In July 2020, Esteban completed certifications in LinkedIn Learning, Rapid Reading, Fundamentals of the Internet of Things, Fundamentals of Cybersecurity, and Fundamentals of Digital Transformation: Key Technologies.

Finally, in December 2019, Esteban obtained a PMO Practitioner certification from Wellingtone.
