Katie Ott

Katie Ott has worked at M3 Insurance since 2016 as a Partner and Director of the Voluntary Benefits Practice. In this role, they collaborate with consultants, account managers, prospects, clients, and third-party partners to create and implement customized voluntary benefits strategies for employers and their employees. Prior to M3 Insurance, Katie worked at Unum from 2002 to 2016, holding various positions including Client Manager, Implementation Specialist, Enrollment Manager, and Account Executive. Katie also gained experience as an Intern at MedBen from 1999 to 2002.

Katie Ott attended Miami University from 1998 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Management Information Systems.
