Olivia Carlson

Olivia is passionate about creating relationships with founders to help them achieve their growth objectives.

Prior to joining M33, Olivia worked in strategy consulting at EY-Parthenon in their healthcare sector. At EY-Parthenon, she worked with several large health systems on long-term growth strategy projects to build service line approaches, expand into new geographies, and increase coordination across their networks. She also supported private equity firms in making investments by conducting diligences of numerous healthcare technology and services companies to evaluate growth potential.

Olivia was pre-med and graduated from Williams College with a B.A. in Psychology. While at Williams, Olivia played on the women’s basketball team and worked in a neuroscience lab on child development research. She also worked part-time for a nursing home and home health agency as a certified nursing assistant for three years, caring for elderly and terminally ill clients. In her spare time, Olivia enjoys running and has done seven half marathons with her dad, as well as skiing in her home state of Vermont.
