Bud Taylor is an experienced executive principal and global consultant specializing in customer experience strategy and organizational renewal. Currently serving as Executive Principal at Cygnus Sprints, Bud leads focused engagements aimed at enhancing business intelligence and operational effectiveness. As the owner of Customer Driven Change, Bud has collaborated with major clients, including Whirlpool Corporation and Microsoft Europe, while also authoring the award-winning book “Customer Driven Change.” Bud's diverse roles include advising on M&A strategy at M&A Partners and leading innovation strategy projects at Strategos. Previously, Bud held senior positions at Synovate Loyalty, Deloitte & Touche, and Towers Watson. Educational backgrounds include a master's degree in Politics & Administration from Carleton University and a finance certificate from Southern Methodist University, along with Harvard Leadership Development training.
