Andrew Letfallah

Andrew Letfallah has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Andrew currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at MAAS Group Holdings Ltd, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, they were involved with MAAS Group Holdings as well, working in Integration & Business Development from September 2019 to March 2021.

Before joining MAAS Group Holdings, Andrew worked at Iron Mountain, where they held the position of Head of Commercial & FP&A from November 2018 to September 2019. Andrew also served as the Head of Operational Excellence from July 2016 to October 2018, spearheading the implementation of major projects and leading change management initiatives aligned with the company's strategy.

Earlier in their career, Andrew worked at Recall, where they held various key roles. These include Senior Manager, Property and M&A from November 2014 to July 2016, Senior Manager, Global Innovation from December 2012 to October 2014, Quality & Business Improvement Manager and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from October 2009 to March 2013, National Sales Manager from September 2007 to October 2009, Key Account Manager from July 2006 to August 2007, and Account Manager from December 2002 to June 2006.

Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated a strong focus on driving revenue growth, implementing operational improvements, and managing strategic relationships.

Andrew Letfallah completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Technology (MBAx) at AGSM @ UNSW Business School in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) in Marketing Management and Human Resource Management from the University of New England in 2004. Andrew also attended Dubbo South High School, where they served as School Captain and completed the High School Certificate, with a coursework emphasis on Physics, Maths, English, Geography, and Physical Education & Personal Development.
