Maarten Askamp

Maarten Askamp has extensive experience in management and leadership roles across various organizations. Since July 2017, Maarten has served as a Commissaris and voorzitter of the ledenraad at Rabobank, in addition to being a member of the ledenraad for the Schiphol region. Prior to this, Maarten was theDirector at Maatvast Haarlemmermeer from July 2013 to December 2024. Previously held positions include Manager/Advisor at Normec AquaServa, where responsibilities included implementing a unit model and organizational improvement due to rapid growth, and Manager Directie Huisvesting at the Centraal Orgaan opvang asielzoekers (COA), responsible for the reorganization of housing management. Other notable roles include Project Manager at the Ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid, and various managerial positions at the Gemeente Den Haag, focused on welfare and community management. Maarten Askamp holds multiple educational credentials, including an MBA and training in nonprofit management and organizational culture.
