Andrew Sogolow

Andrew Sogolow is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, leading teams, and supporting large organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at MAB Community Services since January 2019, Andrew has also held positions such as HR Consultant and Senior Human Resources Business Partner within the same organization. Prior experience includes HR Manager at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital from 2017 to 2018, where oversight included a team managing 1,400 staff members, and a long tenure at Partners HealthCare from 1996 to 2016 in various HR roles, culminating as Senior HR Business Partner. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Connecticut.
