Yaniv Dayan

Yaniv Dayan is a seasoned software engineering professional with over 20 years of experience in backend and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at Mabaya since October 2020, Yaniv previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Persistent Systems, where major contributions included leading a UI/UX overhaul for Rhapsody and overseeing a QA engineering team specializing in test automation. Yaniv's extensive background at IBM involved working on the Rhapsody code generation team, with a focus on Statecharts, along with C++ and Java development. Early career roles at Telelogic and Gamebreak include significant responsibilities in UML model translation and co-founding a startup focused on online video game rentals. Yaniv holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
