Shkumbin Asllani

Shkumbin Asllani currently serves as Legal Counsel and Head of the Legal Department at Mabetex Group since June 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager and Legal Expert for the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, including a legal advisory position for the Minister at the Ministry of Economic Development, alongside tenure as a lecturer in Law at UBT - University for Business and Technology. Additional roles encompass Senior Researcher at Balkans Policy Research Group, Legal Expert for Kosova Women's Network, and Project Coordinator and Legal Advisor for Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit on land management initiatives. Educational qualifications include multiple law degrees, with a Master of Laws in International Tax Law and EU Tax Law from Uppsala University, a Master of Laws in Civil Law from Universiteti i Prishtinës, and Bachelor of Laws in Law and Information Society and Financial Law from University of Turku and Universiteti i Prishtinës, respectively.
