Paul is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the fields of analytics, program management, operations leadership, and process design. With a passion for developing teams that deliver value through the use of data, Paul has spent the past 10 years leading large analytics and project teams.

He gained extensive experience at the Commonwealth Bank where he held a range of senior roles including Head of Analytics, Head of Customer Remediation and Executive Manager Data Science. These roles provided Paul with the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and hone his skills in leading teams to deliver exceptional results.
