Lisa Anderson-Levy

Lisa Anderson-Levy is the EVP & Provost at Macalester College. Lisa was previously with Reflective Justice, Beloit College, and served as the Provost Co-Management Team from January 2018 to December 2019. Additionally, they were the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs from January 2017 to December 2020 and the Co-Principal Investigator for Andrew W. Mellon Foundation Grants from January 2013 to December 2019. Professor of Anthropology at Beloit College from August 2008 to July 2021.

Lisa Anderson-Levy has a PhD in Anthropology from the University of Minnesota, with a minor in Feminist Studies. Lisa also has a degree in Anthropology from Washington State University, with minors in Women Studies and French.

Lisa Anderson-Levy reports to Suzanne Rivera, President & College Professor of Public Affairs. They work with Jeff Allen - VP for Admissions and Financial Aid, Paul Overvoorde - Vice Provost; Special Advisor to the President & Director of COVID Operations, and D. Andrew Brown - VP for Advancement.
