Etamar Bhastekar

Etamar Bhastekar currently serves as Operations Manager and Business Development Consultant at Maccabi Tel Aviv Sports Club as of October 2023 and is also engaged in training for water negotiation and diplomacy with EcoPeace Middle East since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Assistant to the CEO at the Israeli Athletics Association from April 2023 to October 2023, and Graduate Intern at Arkansas State University, where responsibilities included operations, coaching, and logistics for the track and field team from August 2022 to June 2023. Leadership experience includes serving as President of SAAB - Student-Athletes Across Borders at the University of Arkansas from August 2020 to May 2022 and coaching track and field at Maccabi Tel Aviv in 2020. Previous roles include a salesperson at ProRunner and a Staff Sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces. Etamar Bhastekar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Texas at El Paso, and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Arkansas State University.
