Pedro Fernando Pereira Bogado

Pedro Fernando Pereira Bogado is an accomplished software development leader with extensive experience in robotics, artificial intelligence, and electrical engineering. Currently serving as the Software Development Lead at MacDon Industries since July 2022, Pedro oversees a team focused on integrating advanced technologies into agriculture. Previously, as CTO at Northstar Robotics Inc from November 2016 to July 2022, Pedro developed autonomous vehicle navigation systems and AI-based models. Earlier roles include Electrical Engineer at Lumo Interactive, where Pedro designed hardware prototypes for augmented reality, and Graduate Student at the University of Manitoba, conducting research to enhance Optical Coherence Tomography. Pedro's career also includes positions as a Field Supervisor and Teacher, underscoring a strong foundation in technical leadership and education.
