Ivana Tudja

Ivana Tudja is an accomplished professional in the fields of BIM and Digital Engineering, currently serving as Associate Director and Public Sector & Life Sciences Business Unit Lead at Mace, since April 2020. Tudja has a strong background in driving the implementation and adoption of BIM practices across large-scale projects, evidenced by their previous roles as Senior Manager at Mace and BIM Manager at ISG, where notable projects included the UCL Institute of Neurology & Dementia Research Institute. Tudja's expertise is further recognized through the 40 Under 40 Champion in Construction award from Autodesk Construction Solutions. With a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Zagreb and additional leadership training from Hult Ashridge, Tudja combines technical knowledge with strategic oversight to enhance digital engineering initiatives in the construction sector.
