Kimberly Choukalas

As Senior Vice President of Leasing for Macerich, Kimberly Choukalas is responsible for the leasing activities of the Macerich portfolio, specifically Chandler Fashion Center, Kierland, and Twenty Ninth Street. In addition, Ms. Choukalas leads and directs leasing for properties within the company’s pipeline, including new development and redevelopments.

Ms, Choukalas is currently responsible for the key strategic relationships with local, retail and national tenants for the luxury expansion at Scottsdale Fashion Square and Country Club Plaza (in partnership with Taubman).

Ms. Choukalas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is a faculty member for the John T Riordan School of Professional Development the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), of which she is also a member.
