Sarah Andrews has over 20 years of experience in customer support and sales coordination. Currently, Sarah holds the position of Senior Sales Coordinator and Customer Support Team Leader at Macfarlane Packaging since March 2016. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from June 2003 to December 2015, where responsibilities included serving as a Complaints Executive, managing complaints for domestic and commercial policyholders on behalf of the CEO, and as a Claims Handler, overseeing household claims and related administrative tasks.
