Jakub Staszak-Jirkovsky

Jakub Staszak-Jirkovsky is the CEO & Founder of Machavert Pharmaceuticals. Previously, Jakub worked as a Postdoctoral Apointee at Argonne National Laboratory, focusing on enhancing understanding of structure-property relationships on aqueous and non-aqueous interfaces. Prior to that, Jakub held positions as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at University of Gothenburg and University of Liverpool, where Jakub specialized in developing materials for fuel cell applications. Jakub's research background also includes work as a Research Associate at J. Heyrovsky Institute of Physical Chemistry, where Jakub studied catalyst properties utilizing mass spectrometry. Jakub holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague.
