Bharath Jegannathan

Bharath Jegannathan has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 2012. Bharath started their career at Tata Consultancy Services as a System Engineer, where they were a proactive member of the middleware team and used UNIX shell scripting to drain the message queues. Bharath also developed and managed Unix Cronjob triggers to trigger scheduled e-mails. In addition, they served as an Assistant System Engineer, where they designed and developed web pages for CITI Bank AO Cards site-mobile and created mobile, tablet responsive front-end UI prototype for the CITI Bank mobile team.

In 2016, Bharath moved to Yakshna Solutions as a Technical Support Professional, where they gained knowledge about Etax filing purposes and the conventions of IRS and various tax forms. In 2017, they joined Oracle as a DevOps Engineer, where they researched on several topics such as Kubernetes Objects, Kubernetes DNS, Kubernetes namespaces, Kibana, log stash, File Beat, and ELK stack. Bharath also documented Minikube cluster environment set up, kubectl, docker, and bash commands and their functions.

Currently, Bharath is employed at Machfu Inc. as a Senior Field Application Engineer and Field Application Engineer. In these roles, they effectively identify and troubleshoots technical issues.

Bharath Jegannathan obtained a B-Tech in Information and Communication Technology from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology & Reserch Academy (SASTRA), Thanjavur between 2008 and 2012. In 2011, they also obtained an Inplant training certification from BSNL LTD. Bharath then went on to earn a Master of Science in Information Science/Studies from the University of Maryland Baltimore County between 2015 and 2017.
