Edward Mehr

Edward Mehr has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Kuapay Technologies, Inc. In 2013, they had internships at Google and Yahoo as a Software Engineer. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Software Engineer at SpaceX. In 2015, they became the CTO and Founding Engineer at Averon (previously Cloudwear), where they developed an authentication API and application. From 2016 to 2018, Edward worked at Relativity as a Program Manager, overseeing the development of the world's largest metal 3D printer. In 2018, they joined Insight Data Science as a Data Product Management Fellow, where they created a reinforcement learning service. Edward then worked as a Data Science Advisor at Bird from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they became a Technical Advisor at Insight Data Science. Finally, in 2019, Edward co-founded Machina Labs and became the CEO.

Edward Mehr holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Business Administration from the University of Southern California. In addition, they have obtained various certifications in the field of machine learning and deep learning from Coursera, including Sequence Models, Convolutional Neural Networks, Deep Learning Specialization, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Machine Learning, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, and Structuring Machine Learning Projects.
