Tim Rainer

Tim Rainer began their career in 2010 as a Lead CNC Programmer at ATC Manufacturing, Inc. Tim then moved to AGC AeroComposites in 2016 as a Production Supervisor. In 2017, they became a CNC Supervisor at Buck Knives, Inc. In 2022, Tim joined MachineMetrics as a Customer Success Manager and Technical Support Representative. In this role, they worked with the internal teams and customers to troubleshoot and resolve support tickets, attended internal handoff calls and custom kick-off calls as needed, and worked with the CSMs, Connectivity Engineers, and sales.

Tim Rainer has attended Eastern Washington University and North Idaho College. Tim has also obtained four certifications, Interactive Leadership from Sweigert Management Associates in November 2021, e-Series Application Track from Universal Robots A/S in July 2021, e-Series Core Track from Universal Robots A/S in May 2021, and e-Series Pro Track from Universal Robots A/S in May 2021.
