Laura Busfield

Laura Busfield has a diverse work experience history. Starting as a Training Assistant at Future Skills Dudley in 2006, they then moved on to roles including Senior Personal Adviser and Team Leader at Reed in Partnership, and various management positions at Renaisi, such as Director of Development and Head of Employment Services. Laura also served on the Board of Directors at the Institute of Employability Professionals. In 2022, Laura took on the role of Head Of Operations - Children and Young People at MacIntyre.

Laura Busfield attended the University of Worcester from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a BA Hons in Business Management and IT.
