Dave Germond

Dave Germond has extensive experience in the real estate industry. From 1999 to 2004, they worked at PGIM Real Estate as an Investment Analyst. In 2004, they joined Tishman Speyer as a Managing Director in Equity Capital Markets, where they focused on capital raising, fund structuring, and product formation and marketing. At Tishman Speyer, they had a global focus across various strategies, including core, value-added, and opportunistic. Dave remained with Tishman Speyer until 2015. Since 2016, they have been working at Mack Real Estate Group as a Managing Director, specifically as the Head of Capital Raising and Investor Relations.

Dave Germond attended Bergen Catholic High School from 1990 to 1994, where they earned their High School Diploma. After completing their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance at Boston College from 1994 to 1998.
